Disc Information

Main points regarding the discs:

The fights are recorded onto high quality white 'Full-Face' Taiyo Yuden printable DVD-R discs
Fight listings are printed directly onto DVD and onto the accompanying plastic sleeve for easy reference
Each boxing DVD has a single basic menu - with built-in DVD chapters allowing for quick scanning of disk
They are not professionally edited - for DVD numbered from 001 to 105 they are normally literally a straight copy from the original VHS tapes
DVDs numbered above 105 are true DVD quality and are usually either SP (Standard Play - 2 hours) or HSP (High Standard Play - 1.5 hours)
Most fights are complete - though occasionally there may be just edited highlights or missing rounds as they came from the television broadcasts at the time. Where there are a lot of fights on one disc you can assume that many of these will be highlights
Most of the DVD's up to DVD 105 are approximately 2.5 to 3 hours in length and recorded in LP mode so as not to split the recording from the original VHS tape
These boxing DVD's will play in most PC or standalone DVD Players without any problems
The quality is very good - much better than you would expect from the age of the original tapes

As you can see from the example below - all the fights on your boxing DVD are listed with the name of the participants, title (if any) and the month and year the bout took place (and also on the accompanying plastic sleeve for easy reference).
